Canne della Battaglia guided tour
An archeological area dating back to the Middle Ages, it conserves traces of the ancient Medieval town and ruins of the castle. In the area there’s a museum that carefully conserves pottery, crockery and funerary objects that date back to various housing eras from the Dauno period to the Middle Ages.
Its name is a reminder of a famous battle between Romans and Hannibal, that ended with his resounding victory over the Roman army.
