A morning spent in a beautiful farm immersed in the Murgia for a nature walk through the paths of aromatic herbs, vegetable gardens and fruit crops, discovering the colors, scents and flavors of spring. To follow, cooking class with the chefs of the farm for the preparation of a traditional dish of the Apulian cuisine, depending on the season: fresh pasta with legumes, the "Sunday ragù", orecchiette and turnip greens and other specialties from Puglia.
Among the typical recipes of the Apulian cuisine, there are two dishes that speak of love and tradition: the Sunday ragù, rigorously cooked for hours as our grandmothers did, and the orecchiette with turnip tops, served with a final touch of extra virgin olive oil of olive oil. Unmistakable scents and flavors, to be tasted at least once in a lifetime.
