Cooking lesson in the magical atmosphere of a trullo. You will learn how to prepare two products of the Apulian street food: focaccia and panzerotti. You will use only ingredients made in Puglia.
Inside a typical trullo, an authentic example of rural architecture, we will learn about the Apulian street food by venturing into a cooking lesson based on focaccia, panzerotti and warmed taralli. We will use only products made in Puglia such as extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, mozzarella. After the cooking class we'll have pic-nic in the countryside among the olive trees.
