The tour begins visiting Celle San Vito, the smallest village in the Foggia province. It has just 156 inhabitants and stands on a plateau in the Dauni mountains and enjoys the view of the Gargano and the Tavoliere delle Puglie.

Faeto is known for its long tradition of ham production.

The day continues in Faeto, located at the northern border of Puglia. It is one of the highest villages in the Daunia territory and the entire region of Puglia. The village overlooks a prosperous territory rich in woods, creeks and it is surrounded by high mountains. Together with the nearby Celle San Vito, Faeto preserves the tradition and the Franco-Provencal language. The ancient Cathedral was erected in the first centuries after the year 1000.
