Private tour for your group
The name of this city derives in part from the devotion to its patron saint San Martino, and in part from “Franca” which was added by Philip I of Anjou in 1310 as a result of privileges and exemptions granted to the city inhabitants.
The itinerary winds through the old town, where it will be possible to admire the Church dedicated to San Martino, in Baroque style with Rococo decorations, the Palazzo Ducale, where once the castle of the Orsini family stood, and lastly the noble buildings of great artistic refinement.
